Ελαιόλαδο : 1/2 mug
Chopped κρεμμύδι : 1 moderate
Sliced coloured peppers: 2 moderate
Sliced mushrooms: 250 g.
Chopped garlic: 1 clove
Peeled chopped tomatoes: 4 moderate
Barley moderate: 500 g.
Salt, pepper: as you like
Ζάχαρη : 1/2 teaspoon
Hot vegetable broth or water: 10 mugs
Coarsely slice: as much as you like (optional)

1. Heat the olive oil and wilt the onion. Add the peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Cook to make their wet and start sautéed. Add the orzo, in turn be slightly sotaristei (half - one minute) and then add the tomatoes and hot water or broth.
