Orzo with vegetables
Easy recipe pasta with vegetables, fast and nutritious. If not served with cheese, is fasting recipe with pasta.

Ingredients:
Ελαιόλαδο :
1/2 mug
Chopped κρεμμύδι :
1 moderate
Sliced coloured peppers:
2 moderate
Sliced mushrooms:
250 g.
Chopped garlic:
1 clove
Peeled chopped tomatoes:
4 moderate
Barley moderate:
500 g.
Salt, pepper:
as you like
Ζάχαρη :
1/2 teaspoon
Hot vegetable broth or water:
10 mugs
Coarsely slice:
as much as you like (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil and wilt the onion. Add the peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Cook to make their wet and start sautéed. Add the orzo, in turn be slightly sotaristei (half - one minute) and then add the tomatoes and hot water or broth.
2. Salt and pepper, and add sugar and simmer until soft orzo. Stir regularly, because orzo easily hang the pot.

I forgot to write that add extra carrots, zucchini into cubes…..
It came out nice and most importantly the fagan everyone!!!!! (and is expecting the)
But it is very tasty, why not eat; And cheese of the gone too!
