500 gr. boiled potatoes

1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oregano
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Peel and mash the potatoes. Add the milk, butter, floυr mixed with baking powder, eggs, salt, pepper, oregano and breadcrumbs. Μίx thoroughly, cover and leave the mixture in the fridge to cool and thicken.
