Ingredients:
Cut bites pork: 800 g.
Ζάχαρη : 2 + 2 tablespoons
Water: 2 + 2 tablespoons
Fish sauce (fish sauce): 2 Tablespoons
Finely chopped κρεμμύδι : 1 small (if you want you can put the white part of 2 green onions)
Grated pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:
1. Put the pork in a bowl. Place the 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons sugar in saucepan on the fire and let it become light candy. Remove from heat and add the remaining sugar, pepper and onion. Stir and pour over pork. Stir again and leave to marinate 30 minutes.
2. Remove the pork from the marinade, draining the. Hold it. Heat the sunflower oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the pork (a little better - little), browned well, round.
