Chicken wings with chili
Delicious, slightly spicy chicken wings, cooked on the grill or in the oven, with Eastern flavors.

Ingredients:
wings Chicken:

green chili peppers:
1- 4 depending on your taste
Garlic:
1 clove
Ginger:
1 piece, 3 from. about
Soy sauce:
3 tablespoons
Salt, pepper:
as you like
Directions:
1. Cut wings in 3 parts (at the joints). The end piece, discard or keep it for broth.
2. Finely chop the chilli (discard the seeds), rub garlic and ginger (after the shell) and put them together with the peppers in bowl. Add the soy sauce and a little spice. Put in bowl and wings and mix well, be wrapped with marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours.
3. Heat the grill or oven and bake the wings, turning them at least 1 time, to brown around, per 30 minutes (oven to 200 degrees, the grill to medium-high).
4. Remove to a platter and serve immediately.
