Tsouros (Churros - Spanish donuts)
A wonderful recipe from Spain churros, their delicious donuts in the Spanish-speaking countries prefer to have breakfast, dipped in hot chocolate or coffee with milk. The recipe is a 3 versions, one with baking powder, one yeast and a third egg. Here we test the latter being more delicious and fluffy. From radicio.com.

Water:
1 mug
Butter:
110 g. (8 tablespoons)
Flour:
1 1/4 cup (For every use)
Salt:
3/4 teaspoon
Eggs:
4 large
Sunflower:
lots (for frying)
Ζάχαρη :
1/2 mug
Cinnamon:
2 tablespoons
Directions:
For this recipe you'll need a piping bag with a star, big nose (0.5 - 1 from. around the opening).
1. Put a pot of water, butter and salt and put it on the fire. Mix melted butter and begin the mixture to boil.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the flour all at once, stirring vigorously.
3. Returns the saucepan over medium heat and then stir, until the mixture is smooth and follows the ladle in shuffling (logically will not take more than 1 minute)
4. Move back from the fire and let 7 - 8 minutes to drop the temperature of the dough.
