Recipe for: 500 ml of

Ζάχαρη : 1 1/2 mug
Water: 1 1/2 mug
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 pinch
Cocoa: 1 mug

1. Sift cocoa, in a saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients.
2. Put the pan on the fire and stir the sugar melts and homogeneous materials. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes (the longer the boil the more viscous syrup will become).
3. Download the syrup from the heat and pour into a glass bottle or jar. Close and when cool store in the refrigerator.
