Orange syrup
Homemade fruit syrups are made very quickly and easily. Recipe for aromatic orange syrup, ideal for ice cream, Pancakes, panacotta, pancakes, cocktails and anywhere imaginable.

Ingredients:
Relentless oranges:
what they need for 500 g. juice (5 - 8, depending on the orange)
Orange zest:
by 3 oranges
Ζάχαρη :
800 g.
Directions:
1. Remove the zest from the heaters 3 oranges and keep it. Squeeze the oranges, to get 500 gr juice.
2. Put the juice, grated and sugar in a saucepan and put on fire. Stir to melt the sugar. Allow to boil for 4 - 5 minutes, skimming it.
3. Remove from the heat and pass through a fine strainer, to "clean up" the zest syrup and the little beans.
4. Store the syrup in scalded bottles or jars.

How much “they keep”???
I did it yesterday, do not know yet, but in the fridge I guess they will withstand comfortably 6 months…

I hope it gets nice, but strawberry syrup I have not tried, you have to be patient until spring, because now strawberries are greenhouse and very expensive. When their time comes I will take it and I will definitely do it! 🙂
