Oven Omelet with vegetables
A recipe for an easy omelette, which is just in the oven, many vegetables that make it more healthy and hearty.

Ingredients:
Eggs:
10 moderate
Bouquets broccoli:
500 g.
Chopped colored peppers:
2 moderate
Chopped κρεμμύδι :
1 small
Crumbs παρμεζάνα :
1/4 cup
Milk:
2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper:
as you like
Olive oil or butter:
a little about the spread of the form
Directions:
1. Boil the broccoli in salted water and drain well.
2. Beat the eggs together with the milk and salt and pepper. Add the parmesan and vegetables and stir.
3. Pour into a buttered pan or pan and bake 180 degrees until tight, about 25 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, Cut into pieces and serve.

It is really a very nice recipe. I have made it with other ingredients but I will make it tonight for the children.
Easy omelette indeed!!!
The downside to omelettes is that they usually have a lot of eggs!!
To reduce it somewhat …..cholesterol risk, try to lay half of the eggs , only the egg!
Your omelette does not lag behind in taste, it is even more…harmless!!
