Scrambled eggs with spicy peppers
A spicy omelette for connoisseurs. Easy and fast with a rich aroma of pepper.

Ingredients:
Cut cubes red peppers:
2 moderate
Cut cubes green peppers:
2 moderate
Chopped chili peppers:
1 - 4 depending on your stamina
Chopped κρεμμύδι :
1 moderate
Ελαιόλαδο :
3 tablespoons
Eggs:
8 medium or large
Salt, pepper:
as you like.
Directions:
1. Prepare the vegetables and sauté in olive oil half. The not drop the temperature.
2. Beat eggs, the salt and pepper and add the sauteed vegetables.
3. Heat a large skillet the remaining olive oil and add the egg mixture. Cook over medium-low heat, until well browned. With large plate means, turn the omelette to cook on the other side.
4. Remove to a platter and serve immediately.
