Ingredients for the cake:
Eggs: 3 large, separate the yolks from the whites and additional 1 glair
Cream of tartar: the nose of the spoon
Ζάχαρη : 200 g.
Dust cocoa: 40 g.
Flour: 90 g.
Baking powder: 1 1/2 teaspoon
Soda: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 pinch
Sunflower: 120 ml
Water: 80 ml
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Ingredients for the cream:
Sour cream: 200 ml
Vanilla extract: 1/2 teaspoon
Ζάχαρη : 35 g.
Dust cocoa: 1 teaspoon
Ingredients for the chocolate:
Rabelaisian Couverture: 230 g.
Sour cream: 180 ml
Butter: 30 g.
Brandy: 1 spoonful

1. Beat the egg whites and add the cream of tartar. When they begin to tighten, gradually add 1/3 from sugar (70 gr.) and continue until stiff and gialysoun. Keep the meringue aside.
2. Mix the flour with the remaining sugar, Baking, soda, salt and cocoa. Keep aside.
3. Anakatefetete with sunflower with water and vanilla extract. Keeps aside.
