Salad with spinach and pomegranate

A wonderful winter salad that matches the festive table. The spring can be made with strawberries instead of pomegranate.

ingredients:
Tender leaves from spinach:500 g.
Pomegranate:1 moderate
Sesame:2 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar:1 spoonful (best white)
Ελαιόλαδο :3 tablespoons
Salt, white pepper:as you like

Directions:

1. Wash the spinach leaves very carefully so that they clean well without breaking. Dry them and put them in a salad bowl.
2. Clean the pomegranate and keep the seeds. You add them to the salad.
3. Toast the sesame and add it too. Mix the vinegar well in a jar, salt, the oil and pepper and pour over the salad.
4. Stir and serve.
