Salad with peppers, παρμεζάνα

1 iceberg
1 red, 1 orange and 1 yellow pepper
2 canned pineapple slices drained
parmesan in peels
For dressing
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt, white pepper

Wash, dry the vegetables and cut them into pieces. cut the pineapple into pieces. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Pour the parmesan on top.
In a jar, mix the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad.
