Ingredients:
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Chopped κρεμμύδι : 1 small
Chopped garlic: 1 clove
turmeric: 1 tablespoon
Rice: 1 mug (Basmati or american type)
Chicken broth: 2 mugs
Salt, pepper: as you like
Xero thyme: 2 - 3 pinches

Directions:
1. Heat in a pan the butter and wilt over medium heat onion with garlic 3 - 4 minutes. Add the turmeric and cook for 1 more minute. Add the rice and stir to wrap around the butter.
2. Add the broth, salt, pepper and thyme. Increase heat to boil the mixture and after lowering and allowed to simmer until vr'asei rice and absorb liquid.
3. Turn off the heat and leave a little rice covered pull. Stir with fork fluffy and serve hot.
