Milk: 1 mug
Dust cocoa: 2 tablespoons
instant powder Coffee: 1 tablespoon (single coffee or espresso)
Ζάχαρη : 3/4 cup
Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon extract or 1 vanillin
Sour cream: 400 ml (35% fat)
Chopped couverture: 80 g.

1. Put in bowl of milk, Cocoa, Coffee, sugar and beat (by hand or with a mixer) to dissolve the cocoa and coffee (milk and cream must be cold from the refrigerator, so it is advisable to have it put in service several hours before making ice cream).
2. Add vanilla and cream and stir to make the mixture omoiogennes.
3. Pour the mixture in the ice cream maker and prepare ice cream in accordance with the instructions on your device. When the ice cream has tightened enough and add the chocolate (good to the chopping knife for not being very thin pieces).
4. Serve the ice cream immediately or put it in the freezer. If left in the freezer until 4 hours, will be quite soft. After harden enough and easily served should stay 1 at least in maintenance to soften)
