Caramel ice cream Easy ice cream, delicious, with milk. Eaten plain or on waffles, profiteroles, Pancakes. Also fits too cold coffee or chocolate.

Milk: 3 mugs
Ζάχαρη : 1/2 mug
Dust milk: 1/2 mug
Glucose syrup: 2 tablespoons
Vanilla: 2 sachets
Salt: 1 pinch
Caramel syrup and caramelized hazelnuts: few for serving (optionally)

1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, put the sugar and put on fire to melt the sugar and become candy. Once the candy get sweet brown, add milk and stir over the fire, until the candy xanaliosei.
2. Add milk powder, glucose and salt. Stir to incorporate materials. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
3. Allow the mixture to cool well and refrigerate to drop further as the temperature.
4. Put the mixture in the ice cream maker and let the ice cream ready. when shake, transfer to a suitable container and store in freezer.
5. Serve neat or ice cream with caramel syrup, chontrospasmena caramelized hazelnuts, whipped coke.

  1. Luise good morning if you can give me a new information since the ice cream maker. Bucket of ice cream maker if the freeze but not used can not leave the freezer beyond 24 hours or have to subtract and the xanapagosoume when you finally need him?
