Ingredients:
Wholemeal flour: 3 mugs
White flour: 1 mug
Ζάχαρη : 1 - 3 tablespoons (depending on your taste)
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Soda: 1 teaspoon
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
sour milk *: 1 1/2 mug
Ελαιόλαδο : 2 tablespoons

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 205 degrees.
2. In a bowl put flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking. Stir well.
3. Open a hole in the center and add the buttermilk and olive oil *. Mix the ingredients and knead gently with your hands, to be joined together.
4. Shape the yeast in round loaf and place in a baking pan greased or lined with greaseproof paper or silicone. With a sharp knife engrave a cross on the surface (depth 3 - 4 cm)
5. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and when slightly cooling the pull a rack to cool completely.

* If you do not have sour milk you can make throwing in 350 ml milk, 2 tablespoons white vinegar. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Use it instead of sour milk.
