Flour: 280 g.
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Cocoa: 1 1/2 tablespoon
Brown sugar: 80 g.
Chopped chocolate: 200 g.
Egg: 1 large
Sour cream: 200 ml
Milk: 75 ml
Sunflower: 3 tablespoons

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put in muffin pan, 12 positions, special cases.
2. In bowl, stir flour, baking powder, Cocoa, sugar and chocolate.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg with the cream, milk and oil. Pour into the bowl with the flour and stir to homogenize (not parachtypisete).
4. Divide the mixture in the muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and after let them stand five minutes and remove from pan to cool.
5. Serve muffins, lukewarm or room temperature, plain or with chocolate syrup and nuts.
