Muffin stuffed with jam
Homemade muffins make crazy kids and tempt the big. The jam makes it even more delicious.

Ingredients:
Flour:
1 3/4 mugs
Ζάχαρη :
1/2 mug
Baking powder:
1 teaspoon
Salt:
1 pinch
Eggs:
2 large
Milk:
2/3 cup
Molten butter or margarine:
1/3 cup
Lemon zest:
1 teaspoon
Strawberry jam or cherry or raspberry:
1/2 mug
Directions:
1. Mix the flour with the baking, salt and sugar.
2. In another bowl beat eggs, add milk, butter and lemon zest.
3. Stir the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and stir absorbed flour (not parachtypisete).
4. Divide little more than half the dough 12 molds for muffins. Put a teaspoon jam in the center, care to enter into the dough. Divide top with remaining dough.
5. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 200 degrees 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave 10 minutes to cool slightly and remove from the pan onto a rack to cool completely.

I can put something else in the middle;
as MERENTA say!
I have not tried, but if you do them with nutella, better misopsiseis leave the dough and then fill them. I fear you dry much nutella if you put the outset…
