An easy recipe for rich and delicious apple cake, aromatic, with raisins and nuts. From



Flour: 3 mugs (For every use)

Ζάχαρη : 1 and 3/4 mugs

Soda: 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon

Salt: 3/4 teaspoon

grated nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon

Sunflower: 1 mug (or other light vegetable oil)

Apple juice: 1/2 mug

Vanilla: 2 teaspoons extract or 3 vanillin

Eggs: 3 large

apples: 3 moderate, peeled and cut pieces (green apples green)

raisins blondes: 1 mug

coarsely chopped walnuts: 1 mug

Caster sugar: little for sprinkling (optional)



Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Butter and flour a large cake tin with a hole in the middle.

Place in mixer bowl the flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. With simple beater, stir at low speed.

Add oil, the juice, vanilla and eggs (stop regularly to clean the sides of the bowl). When the materials are mixed, upload speed to medium and beat the mixture for 2 minutes.

Stop hitting and add apples, nuts and raisins. Stir with wooden spoon, be mixed.

Pour the dough into the form you prepared and Lay surface. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Remove cake from oven and let 3 – 4 minutes to slightly drop the temperature. Pass a knife in the walls of the form, to relax the cakes and turn it upside down on a rack. Let it cool completely. When cool, put it on a platter if desired sprinkle with icing sugar.
