Dough 1 cup and a half tepid water
3 spoons olive oil
Half teaspoon salt
1 spoon lemon juice or raki
Half kilo about flour
Filling
Half mizithra cheese
1 cup sugar
1 spoon cinnamon
Fine cut mint (optionally)
We prepare the dough by mixing all the materials for the dough and leave to rest. We make the filling by mixing all the materials for the filling. We open a pastry sheet and cut in circles. We put one spoon of the fitting in the half side of the circle, cover with the other half and press well the edges. We fry in enough hot olive oil until the receive a reddish color from both sides.
