4 eggs
2 tablespoons olive οil
2tablespoons well-chopped caper
1/2 cup grated feta cheese
2 tablespoons yogurt
½ tablespoon oregano
Parsley
sweet paprika
salt-pepper
Boil the eggs, leave to cool and peel them. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a bowl, blend the yolks together with caper, feta cheese, yogurt, oregano, salt and pepper. Stuff the egg whites with the mixture, garnish with parsley leaves, sprinkle with paprika and serve.
