4 medium size eggs
1 small onion
3-4 sprigs Fresh coriander
1 level tsp turmeric powder
1 level tsp gram misala (optional)
1-2 green chillie or to taste
salt to taste
2tbs Tomatoe juice (from tinned plummed tomatoes)
Olive oil/cooking oil
chop/cube onions. Chop the fresh coriander and the chilly . Beat eggs and add all the ingredients to the eggs. Beat well again
Put a table spoon of oil in a frying pan and pour a ladle/cupful of the mixture into the pan. fry like an omlette. I like mine well done…its crispier. Taste delicious with Chapatti or nan bread and only takes like 10 minutes to make. That is if you're not making the chapatties too Enjoy
