Cheap and (Sl)eazy Strawberry Cake
This cake is _really good.
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 small box of strawberry jello, or half of a regular
1/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 10 oz package of frozen strawberries,
-OR-1 1/4 c. fresh crushed and juicy strawberries (if fresh strawberries, add sugar
till pleasantly sweet)
pint of whipping cream and 1 tablespoon sugar
Mix dry jello with cake mix. Mix in the oil, eggs, and thawed strawberries. Beat until subdued

pour into two greased and floured 9 inch pans, or one big 13×9 inch pan.<br />
Bake at 350¡F for about 40 minutes.</p>
<p>Whip the cream and sugar together until spreadable. Dye with pink food coloring if you want. Frost cake, decorate if desired, and serve.<br />
This cake is also good just sprinkled with powdered sugar.</p>
