Start preparation one day before.In a pot mix well milk,the vanilla and butter cut into pieces to melt the butter and get the mixture in boiling.In a bowl whisk together the egg yolks and sugar and beat with wire.Incorporate the flour, continuing to blow gently and add the rum.Pour mixture in refrigerator for one night.Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the Cannelés in forms for about an hour to get deep gold color.Since it can not find the forms in the shape Cannelés,use the forms for creme caramel.
