3 eggs
1 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
salt-pepper
Βοil the eggs, leave to coοl and peel them. Pour vinegar in a bowl, soak the eggs and leave to marinade for 2 hours. Blend οlive oil together with mustard, salt and pepper. Cut the eggs in halves or quarters, place them in a small platter, sprinkle with the oil sauce and serve.
