1.5 oz. chilled vodka
1 oz. cranberry juice
1/2 tsp. raspberry flavored liqueur
3 or 4 black peppercorns
1 oz. soda water
1 small fresh mint sprig

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, combine the vodka, cranberry juice and raspberry liqueur. Cover tightly and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Put the peppercorns in a chilled tall Champagne tumbler or cocktail glass and pour the cocktail into the glass. Top off with soda water, garnish with the mint sprig and serve. Serves 1.
