Materials for cupcakes:

Flour: 130 g.

Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

Cocoa: 1 tablespoon

Butter: 60 g. (at room temperature)

Ζάχαρη : 150 g.

Egg: 1 large

Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon extract or 1 vanillin

sour milk: 120 ml (or skim milk with a tablespoon lemon juice)

Red food coloring: 1 tablespoon

white vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Soda: 1/2 teaspoon

Materials for coating:

Cream Cheese: 230 g.

Caster sugar: 60 g.

Sour cream: 200 ml

Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon or enchylisma 1 vanillin



1. Remove from the fridge butter, as long as it takes to get room temperature

2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a pan of muffins with 12 positions (either Butter or put the slips of paper baking)

3. Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa.

4. Beat butter in mixer is tender and fluffy and add sugar. Continue beating for a few minutes and add the vanilla and egg. Beat integrated and this.

5. Reduce the mixer speed and add the 1/4 of flour. Then add 1/3 from sour milk and food coloring. Continue with 1/4 of flour, it 1/3 from sour milk etc., until all materials.

8. Beat the cream whipped. Hold it in place. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla. Add the cream and stir gently to incorporate.

9. Place in a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes as desired.
