Garlic: 5 moderate cloves
Thick salt: 1 teaspoon
dry chili peppers: 2 - 3
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Smoked πάπρικα : 3/4 teaspoon
Sweet πάπρικα : 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons (red wine)
Ελαιόλαδο : 4 tablespoons
Crumbs toast: 2 and 1/2 tablespoons
Water: 1/2 mug (about)

1. Peel garlic and place in a mortar along with the peppers and salt. The hit to make ointment.

2. Add the paprika, cumin, vinegar and olive oil and mix. And add the breadcrumbs and stir well.
3. Finally add some - little water, mixing, until you get a medium density sauce.

4. Serve the sauce in a separate bowl with potatoes or whatever your food likes.
