Materials for shrimps:
moderate – king prawns: 500 g, gross
Ελαιόλαδο : 4 tablespoons

Ingredients for the sauce:
Mayonnaise: 1/2 mug
Garlic: 1 clove, peeled and grated
Paprika: 2 teaspoons
chili: 2 teaspoons (dust)
Cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
lemon juice: half a lemon
Place the shrimp in a bowl, with olive oil and chili and stir. Cover the bowl and refrigerate to marinate 15 – 20 minutes.
Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce, try if you need more salt or quantity of a component, the cover and store in refrigerator.
Heat at high heat to Grill or a sturdy frying pan. Add the shrimp. The cook on one side until they change color, 3 minutes. The turn and on the other side, to change color and this, other 3 minutes.
