boiled corn: 2 mugs
Avocado: 2 moderate
Tomatoes: 2 moderate
Chopped κρεμμύδι : 1 small
Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper: as you like
Ελαιόλαδο : 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 2 - 4 tablespoons

1. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Put them in a bowl. Add the corn (drained), parsley, onion and end avocados peeled and diced.
2. Mix the olive oil with, the spice and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Pour over the salad and stir. Try if you need additional more lemon and / or spice.
3. Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator. It fits well with toasted pitas.
