Pie with tuna

ingredients:

Ελαιόλαδο : 1/2 mug

Onion: 1 large, cut into very thin slices

Red pepper: 1 great, cut into very thin slices

Garlic: 2 cloves finely chopped

canned tomato: 1 mug, chopped

Tuna fish: 1 mug, drained from the oil and separated in parmesan

Salt: 1 1/2 teaspoon

Kalamata Olives: 2 tablespoons, chopped

Eggs: 1 large boiled tight and cut slices

For the dough:

Flour: 3 1/2 mugs (For every use)

Salt: 2 1/2 teaspoons

Dry yeast: 2 1/4 teaspoons

Water: 1/2 mug

To spread:

Eggs: 1 moderate

Milk: 1 tablespoon

 

Implementation:

Put the oil in a saucepan and add the onion. Cook over low heat to soften the onion well and become transparent, 10 minutes. Add the pepper and garlic and cook until soft good, other 15 minutes. If you need, further reduce heat to not tint.

Download sharp fire. Put a colander in a bowl and pour into the onions with peppers, to drain their oil. Returns vegetables in saucepan, while the oil hold (will take to the dough).

Put the pan on the fire and add the tomato. Cook until the liquid has evaporated, but not completely dry food, about 10 minutes. Add the tuna, olives and salt. Stir, trying to salt and remove from heat. Put in bowl, closable lid when dropping the temperature, refrigerate to cool completely.

Meanwhile prepare the dough: Mix the flour with the yeast and salt. Measure the oil drain. You'll need 3/4 cup. If less, fill additional oil. If it is above, Remove as needed.

Add the flour with water. Knead the dough a few minutes, make the ball, put it in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow it to swell at room temperature for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Lay with greaseproof paper baking a large baking dish.
