Bitter orange sweet

Ingredients:
Green bitter orange:
1000 g. (try vrite similar size, to bitterness evenly)

Directions:
1. Wash bitter orange and pierce the side of the stem up to the other end with the special tool or a thick knitting needle.
2. Put them in a saucepan with water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and place in large bowl with water. Change the water 3 times daily until the bitterness. How to make the bitterness, It depends on their size. Can get from 5 (very young) until 20 days very large. Usually 10 days are enough.
