Krepes sweet

sweet crepes

2 – 3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. tablespoons sugar
1 tsp. tablespoon oil or melted butter
1 pinch of salt
2 cup. Tea hard flour
jam of your choice or merenda or nuts and honey
oil for frying

Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and oil. Add some – little milk, alternately with flour. Put some oil in a pan and fry crepes on low heat, pouring the porridge and spreading it with a spoon. When they turn brown on one side, turn it carefully and on the other side. Continue until you finish the batter (the quantities give approximately 12 medium crepes). Do not forget when the pan dries to oil it again. Spread each crepe with jam or merenda or nuts and honey and fold in four or roll up. Serve immediately.
