Materials recipe for cake:
Flour: 1 1/2 mug and a little extra for pans

For the cake:

Christmas Biscuits bicolor


Nicely, delicious and easy Christmas cookies with vanilla and cocoa for all tastes! A recipe from our member lixouda.



Vanilla: 2

Ζάχαρη : 1,5 ποτήρι νερού

Oil: 2 water glasses

Orange juice: 1 ποτήρι νερού

Orange zest: by 2 oranges

Baking powder: 1 sachet

Soda: 1 teaspoon

Flour: 1 κιλό και 200 g.

Cocoa: 2 tablespoons

Νερό ή χυμό πορτοκαλιού: λίγο για να διαλύσουμε το κακάο


Βάζουμε όλα τα υλικά στο μίξερ, εκτός του κακάο και τα χτυπάμε. when mixed, σταματάμε το χτύπημα. Βγάζουμε τη ζύμη από το μίξερ και την χωρίζουμε στη μέση.

Διαλύουμε το κακάο σε λίγο χυμό ή νερό και το προσθέτουμε στη μισή ζύμη. Την ζυμώνουμε να αναμειχθεί καλά.

Ανοίγουμε χωριστά τις 2 ζύμες σε φύλλο και βάζουμε το ένα φύλλο πάνω στο άλλο. Με κουπ πατ κόβουμε σχέδια και τα βάζουμε σε ταψί στρωμένο με λαδόχαρτο.

Την ζύμη που περίσσεψε την ξανακάνουμε φύλλο και ξανακόβουμε μπισκότα. Συνεχίζουμε μέχρι να τελειώσει η ζύμη.

Ψήνουμε τα μπισκότα σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στους 180 degrees 15 minutes.

Βγάζουμε από το φούρνο και με σπάτουλα μεταφέρουμε τα μπισκότα σε σχάρα να κρυώσουν.

Recipe for: 4 mugs

Nutrition information per 1 mug
Calories: 90 Calories | Fat: 3 g.

Water: 3 mugs
Cinnamon: 1 wood (and a little powder for dusting if desired)
Cardamom: 4 - 5 nuts (kakoules)
Ginger: 33 from. residue purified and chopped
Carnation: 10 pins
Black tea: 2 tablespoons or 4 sachets
Brunette sugar: 4 tablespoons (you can increase or decrease depending on your taste)
Hot milk: 1 1/3 about mugs

1. Put a pot of water with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves. Put on the fire to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and add the tea. Leave covered for 4 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, heat the milk and beat with mixer, to make a quantity of froth.

Festive salad with apple and kranmperis



A wonderful festive salad, with vegetables, fruits and nuts, rich in flavor, as it fits into any festive table. From


Ingredients for the salad:

2 endive

2 apples

1 medium lettuce

1/3 κούπας αποξηραμένα κράνμπερις

1/3 κούπας καρύδια

Ingredients for the vinaigrette:

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 κουταλιά σούπας μηλόξυδο

2 κουταλάκια τσαγιού μέλι

2 κουταλάκια τσαγιού μουστάρδα

1 πράσινο κρεμμυδάκι ψιλοκομμένο (only the white part)

Salt, pepper (as you like)



Ζεσταίνετε ένα τηγάνι και βάζετε μέσα τα καρύδια. Τα ψήνετε σε μέτρια προς χαμηλή φωτιά 2 – 3 minutes, be cooked it slightly. Τα βγάζετε από το τηγάνι και τα αφήνετε να κρυώσουν.

Πλένετε όλα τα λαχανικά και τα κόβετε φέτες. Put them in a bowl. Πλένετε τα μήλα και τα κόβετε σε κύβους (πετάτε τα κουκούτσια). Put in salad bowl. Προσθέτετε τα κρανμπέρις και τα καρύδια.

Σε βαζάκι βάζετε όλα τα υλικά της βινεγκρέτ και τα ανακινείτε να αναμειχθούν καλά. Δοκιμάζετε για αλατοπίπερο και περιχύνετε τη σαλάτα.
