Ingredients:
Covering cake: 1 sachet
Red coloring: 3 - 4 drops
Sweetened milk: 1 package (about 390 g)
Strained yogurt: 1 kilogram
Dust gelatine: 1 sachet
Water: 4 tablespoons

Directions:
1. Covers the bottom and the walls of an oblong cake pans with food film (if the wet form before the cover, sticking of the membrane more easily).

Ingredients:
Fresh asparagus: 500 g.
Butter: 45 g.
Garlic: 2- 3 cloves
Salt, pepper: as you like

Directions:
1. Clean the asparagus, cutting the hard part of the stalk and removing the outer fibers with a potato peeler, to the point where they are hard.
2. Melt the butter in a large pan or saucepan and add the chopped garlic.. Add the asparagus and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, turning them often.
3. Remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
Lukewarm milk: 1 1/2 mug
Molten butter: 85 g. (margarine or butter)
Ζάχαρη : 2 tablespoons (or honey)
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla: 1 package (2 - 3 g) or 1/2 teaspoon extract
Lightly beaten eggs: 2 large
Flour: 2 mugs
Dry μαγιά : 1 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:
1. Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to mix (You need not be mixed very well, sufficient to wet all the flour)
2. Cover the bowl with cling film and left at room temperature for 1 time. The mixture will foam. Now if you want you can put it in the refrigerator for later use or to immediately chrisimopoieisete.
3. Heat the waffle iron and bake waffles according to manufacturer's instructions. In a waffle iron that fits 1/2 cup dough, we take 8 waffles. Serve immediately with sugar or syrup, honey, whipped, fruits, ice cream or whatever you like.

Ingredients:
Pork steaks: 4 large (about 230 - 250 g one)
Sunflower: 5 tablespoons
Dry red wine: 1 mug
Chopped garlic: 2 cloves
Chopped κρεμμύδι : 1 moderate
Chopped chili peppers: 3 - 4 depending on your taste (without spores)
Chopped rosemary: 2 - 3 twigs (leaves only)
Lemon or lime: 1 - 2 for serving
Salt, pepper: as you like

Directions:
1. Mix the sunflower, wine, garlic, the onion, peppers and rosemary. Pour the marinade the steaks and leave to marinate 3 - 4 hours or better still overnight.
2. Remove the steaks from the marinade and bake in a hot grill in grilling or grill 4 - 8 minutes on each side (depending on how cooked you want)
3. Remove the steaks to a platter, salt and pepper, if you add a bit of oregano and serve immediately with freshly cut lemon or lime.

Ingredients:
Fresh strawberries: 750 g.
Honey: 1/2 mug
Strained, 2% fat yogurt: 500 g.

Directions:

Ingredients:
Fresh longfinned: 2 moderate (1600 g. about)
Ελαιόλαδο : 2 tablespoons
Lemon: 1 moderate, juice and zest
Fresh chopped oregano: 1 tablespoon (or 1/2 teaspoon dry)
Fresh chopped thyme: 1 tablespoon (or 1/2 teaspoon dry)
Salt, pepper: as you like

Directions:
1. Clean and wash the fish (or ask the fishmonger to prepare your) and cut into slices 3 - 4 from. about.
2. Mix the olive oil with the juice and zest of lemon, thyme, oregano and a little salt and pepper. Pour this marinade slices of fish, Cover them and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes to one hour.
