Bread for sandwiches, Hotdog

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup milk
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar + 1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 egg beaten
4 1/2 cups flour for all uses (You can get more)
A little melted butter

Boil the milk together, margarine, cold water, the 3 tablespoons sugar and salt, until melted margarine. Drops the temperature and becomes warm the mixture.
