octopus stew

1 octopus 1000 – 1200 g. about
1 kilos of onion stew
1 large onion
1 glass of vinegar
1 a glass of wine
500 ripe tomatoes or similar tomato paste
5 – 6 clove
1/2 cup. tea oil
2 bay leaves

Clean and wash the octopus. Cut it into pieces and put it in a colander to drain. Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop the onion. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
