FOLIA crunchy green salad COTTAGE CHEESE

Materials for the crispy nest
3 parmesan soup soup
2 tablespoon cornmeal

For the salad
1 curly salad
1 lettuce heart
1 bunch arugula
3 chopped sun-dried tomatoes
