Ingredients:
Long grain aromatic rice (eg. jasmine or basmati): 400 g.
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sesame (light): 3 + 1 spoonful
Eggs: 3 large
Chopped green onions: 3 pcs.
Pepper: as you like

Directions:
1. Wash rice, drain and place in pot. Add water, 1,5 cm over rice, salt and put on the fire to boil. When a boil, turn down the heat, cover the pot and simmer until absorbed all the water and soften the rice. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
2. Beat eggs, add one tablespoon sesame oil. Place the residue in wok and add the rice. The fry for 3 minutes. And add the eggs and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the onions, the pepper, cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
