Ingredients for the dough:
Cut cubes butter: 150 g.
Ζάχαρη : 60 g.
Shaken egg: 1
Flour: 300 g.
Water: 2 tablespoons
For the filling:
golden apples: 4 large
Ζάχαρη : 70 g.

Directions:
1. Prepare the dough, sifting the flour with the salt. Open in the middle a puddle. Put the butter around, in the center the egg and sprinkle with sugar. Knead and if necessary add the water. Do paradoulepsete dough. Make the ball, the wrap film and refrigerate for one hour.
