homemade sprinkles (colored sprinkles)
Are very easily, relatively quickly and with simple materials. They can have color and flavor we want.

Ingredients:
Icing sugar:
1 mug
Milk:
1 - 2 tablespoons
Glucose syrup:
1 tablespoon
essences:
2 -3 drops (whichever flavor you like - optionally)
Coloring:
a few drops of the colors you want
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar with the essence, glucose and 1 tablespoon milk. If necessary add more milk (The mixture must not be too fluid).
2. If you want white marshmallows, leaving the mixture as such. If you want colored, the split in what colors you need and add color zachaoplastikis.
3. Place the mixture (separate each color) a bottle with a fine nozzle or piping bag with a very fine tip or bag, which will open in a corner of a small pinhole.
4. On silicone or wax paper, make small voulitses the mixture. when finished, let the candy to dry 4 hours at least (best overnight).
5. When candy dry well, remove them and store in jars or bags. These are using to garnish cakes, Cakes, muffins, cookies, ice cream etc..
