Ingredients:
Phyllo: 5 leaves (for pie)
Chopped κρεμμύδι : 1 moderate
Spinach: 600 g. or frozen 800 g. fresh
Chopped dill: 1/2 mug
Chopped parsley: 1/2 mug
Chopped mint: 1/2 mug
Chopped scallions: 2 - 3 moderate
Coarsely feta cheese: 200 g.
Salt, pepper: as you like
Ελαιόλαδο : 3/4 cup
Sesame: 1 tablespoon (optional, for sprinkling)

Directions:
1. Of olive oil, put the 1/4 in large skillet to heat and add the chopped onion. The cook with medium heat, stirring to soften, without darkening.
