Spinach with dried tomatoes
A different version recipe for homemade spinach, with feta and dried tomatoes.

Ingredients:
chilled, chopped spinach:
500 g.
Grated feta cheese:
2 mugs
Chopped mint:
1/2 mug
Chopped, drained sundried tomatoes:
1/2 mug
Pitted, chopped Kalamata Olives:
1/2 mug
Lightly beaten eggs:
4 large
Salt, pepper:
as needed
Phyllo:
500 g.

Directions:
1. Let the spinach thaw and squeeze well, leave fluids.
2. Mix the spinach with feta, the tomato, mint, olives, eggs and season to taste.
3. Taking a sheet, the pass with olive oil and put on a second sheet (Keep remaining sheets covered, not to dry). Cut the leaves into strips 6 - 7 cm width. Place the edge of each strip, about 2 tablespoons filling and wound into triangles, with attention not to be too tight.
4. Continue until all materials. Put the spinach in a pan lined but well oiled or waxed paper and bake at 190 degrees, until golden brown (25 - 30 minutes).
5. Serve pies warm or at room temperature.
