ingredients:
Ground beef: 500 g.
Ελαιόλαδο : 2 tablespoons
Onion: 1 medium chopped
Garlic: 2 cloves, finely chopped
Carrots: 2 moderate cut slices
Celery: 2 branches, chopped
Chicken broth: 1,5 liter, homemade or ready
Tomatoes: 1 canned chopped
Red beans: 1 tin, drained
Butt macaroni: 100 g.
Salt and pepper: as you like
Thyme: 1/2 teaspoon
Implementation:
Put in a saucepan the oil to warm up and roasted minced, along with the onion and garlic. When the meat is browned lightly, add carrots, celery, tomatoes, beans, broth and thyme.
Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
Salt and pepper, add thyme and pasta and continue cooking, to cook pasta. Quenched the fire and try to spice.
Serve the soup very hot, with toasted bread.
