5 chicken fillets (ca.. 150 g. each)
4 honeysuckle twigs
3 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. sesame oil white pepper
175 g. sesame
2 K. broccoli
4 etc. salt oil
250 g. mayonnaise
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
15-20 sticks for skewers (soaked in cold water for 30 minutes approx.)
Wash the fillets, dry them and cut them lengthwise into narrow strips. Pass each strip slightly wavy inside a soaked stick. Mix the honeysuckle leaves with the lime juice, sesame oil and pepper. In a shallow bowl, pour the skewers with the marinade and t’ leave 20 minutes. Roast the sesame seeds in the pan without oil and take it out.
Wash the broccoli, we clean it and divide it into rosettes. Saute the broccoli in portions 2 tbsp. oil ap’ all sides for 5 minutes, put it all together in the pan and add 100 ml of water. Cover and boil 3-4 minutes so that it still holds.
Using a blender bar, mash the sesame seeds a little (after we hold 1 κ.σ.) with mayonnaise and soy sauce. Drain the broccoli and mix it with the sauce. Remove the skewers from the marinade and wipe them lightly with kitchen paper. Heat in the pan 2 etc. oil and fry the skewers 3-4 minutes on each side.
Place them together with the broccoli on the plates, Sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds and serve.
