Groats: 200 g.
Peeled and diced tomatoes: 3 moderate
Chopped pickles: 1/2 mug
Chopped parsley: 1/2 mug
Chopped mint: 4 tablespoons
Chopped green onions: 4 moderate
Salt, pepper: as you like
Lemon juice: 1a lemon

1. Put half a cup (125 ml) water to boil. Place the bulgur in a bowl and when the water boils add to bowl with bulgur. leave 15 minutes to pull the oatmeal water.
2. Meanwhile prepare vegetables (tomatoes, onions, gherkins, parsley, mint) and when the bulgur is ready, add them and what the bowl.
3. Salt and pepper, add the lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.
4. Allow the salad 15 - 20 minutes to mix the flavors and serve.
