Eggs: 6 large
Milk: 2 mugs
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Thyme: 1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg: 1 pinch
chilled spinach: 300 g.
Cut cubes bread: 8 slices (prefer rustic, one day old)
grated semi cheese: 120 g. (eg. Cheddar, Edam, gouda etc.)

1. Prothermenete oven to 190 degrees. Butter a ceramic form, 20 X 30 of about. Squeeze thoroughly with your hands spinach leave all wet.
2. In large bowl beat eggs with milk, thyme, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the bread, spinach and cheese and stir.
