Potato gratin with leeks

Ingredients:
Butter:
80 g. and a little extra for the spread of Pyrex
Chopped leeks:
3 large (only white)
Grated garlic:
1 clove
Chopped parsley:
2 - 3 tablespoons
Peeled and sliced like chips potatoes:
4 large (1200 g. about)
Salt, pepper:
as you like
Sour cream:
450 ml
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Butter a medium deep pan or Pyrex.
2. put the 60 g. butter in a large frying pan heat up enough. Add the leeks and wilt over medium heat, stirring 8 minutes, with care not to tan. Add the garlic and continue to 2 minutes. Season to taste and remove from fire.
3. Season potatoes, add the parsley and stir. Lay the 1/3 the potatoes in the pan you prepared. Spread over half leeks. Continue with the other 1/3 potatoes, the remaining leek and finally the last potatoes.
4. Pour the cream and add to the remaining butter pieces. Cover with foil.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. remove the foil and bake for another 15 min slightly browned.
6. Serve hot.
