Easter kapkeik
Beautiful kapkeik with Easter decoration, that will thrill young and old. Made with any recipe for kapkeik, little buttercream even less sugar paste. From radicio.com.

little green, yellow, coffee and whatever else you like
Directions:
For decoration you will need 1 small paint brush, a plastic pallet, rolling pin for opening the glaze, special small cutters - pistons for margaritas and pastry piping bag with holes for grass.
1. At least one day before, preparing decoration: for nests with eggs, you need a little brown sugar paste for nests and little white, yellow, pink for eggs. Originally open sheet coffee and cut very narrow strips. Each strip the roll with your palms on the counter to become like cord. Arrange these cords into the recesses of the pallet in a way to resemble a nest (best Pave pallets with plastic film in order to easily remove the sugar paste when dry). With the remaining glaze colors do lycra avgoulakia and place in each nest.
With white sugar paste sheet and open to experts cutters cut small daisies. Or put them on pallets, either on curled paper and let dry. When they have dried, do in the area with fine brush and a little yellow food coloring, small dots.
2. Prepare and bake kapkeik. When completely cool down as follows decorating: buttercream paint the green and put it into pastry bag with a special piping bag. Produce on kapkeik, grass with buttercream.
3. Divide the decorative glaze you made on the kapkeik.
