Homemade ice cream stratsiatela, quite easy, tasty and relatively little fat.

Milk: 3 mugs
Ζάχαρη : 1/2 mug
Dust milk: 1/4 cup
Glucose syrup: 2 tablespoons
Extract vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 pinch
dark chocolate: 120 g.
1. In a saucepan put the milk, sugar, the milk powder and glucose. Put on the fire and stir until the sugar melts. Remove from heat, transfer to cold bowl and add vanilla and salt. Stir and allow to cool. Refrigerate to cool thoroughly.
2. Place the mixture in an ice cream maker and let knocked, until it is almost ready.
3. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a bain marie and leave little to fall somewhat temperature.
4. When the ice cream is almost ready, pour the chocolate in very thin line in ice, without closing the ice cream maker. To emerge as the finest possible chocolate, better to drop the fork tips.
5. Close the ice cream maker and transfer the ice cream in bowl. Put the ice cream 1 - 2 hours in the freezer before serving.

milk powder is for adults, not only babies! Regutal or so the saying. I do not know if it can be replaced with something else. Personally I prefer the powder, despite cream. Nothing else, eat without much – many pangs lol!!!!
I will try to find and do it because I looked good!!!!
It again yesterday. What I really like is the light milk flavor that leaves in the language and not heavy, greasy feel of the cream. It became our favorite family ice cream!
Variation: do not put chocolate, but when the ice cream is ready, put it in the bowl throwing between cherry syrup and sweet cherries, drained. put it 1 – 2 hours in the freezer to freeze the syrup. We take a delicious vanilla ice cream, cherry!!!

good morning, inaugurated with’ this recipe my ice cream maker. The ice cream is actually very light.
Me has me like sorbet with milk. Luise maybe I did something wrong? I used fresh milk.
I assume, that can be done as sorbet, if struck much the ice cream maker and frozen lot mixture while shuffling machine. One time I took me so (loved children say, He reminded them of snow) and the only thing I can guess, is hitting….
30 minutes left in the machine when emptying a bowl was freezing cold but easily caught with spoon. Not that it will not be eaten, half has already finished.
